A few weeks ago we couldn't resist our urge to fondue any longer. We have two fondue pots, but have never used them both on one occasion, so we really went all-out this time around. I made my favorite Coconut Cream Chocolate fondue and Peter's sister, Allyson, made a cheese fondue out of specialty cheeses. It was pretty much the most amazing dinner ever. Plus, we had left-overs, so the next night we had a fon-re-do.
